These terms cover using Stuf, the app and this website. By signing in, you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account secure: whoever can use it can use Stuf as you.
You need to be old enough to use Google or Apple accounts where you live, and at least 13.
Households and what you add
What you add (shopping items, to-dos, chores, events, notes) stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the members of the household you add it to, which is what the app is for.
Anyone with a household’s invite code or link can join it, so only share it with people you live with. The owner can make a new code and remove members.
Don’t use Stuf for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload the service.
Stuf Plus
Stuf Plus is a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account; cancelling stops the next renewal, and Plus lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds are handled by Google or Apple, under their rules.
Plus belongs to the person who bought it, and only they manage it. It covers them and up to three other people they choose from their households; each person after the third costs 1€ more. Everyone on it has no ads, and any household with someone on Plus gets the household perks, for as long as the buyer has Plus.
We may change what Plus includes or costs. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and the store tells you first.
Ads
The free app shows ads, from Google AdMob. The Privacy page explains what that involves and the choices you have.
The service
We work to keep Stuf running and your data safe, but it’s provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep anything critical somewhere else too.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Stuf down, we’ll tell you in advance and give you time to copy what you need.
Changes and questions
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters. Using Stuf after that means you accept the new terms.
