Stuf keeps what you share with your household, and nothing more. The free app shows an ad on Home; Stuf Plus removes it. What’s in your household is never used for ads.
What we store
Your name and email address, from Google or Apple when you sign in. Your household sees your name.
What you add to a household: shopping items, to-dos, chores, calendar events and notes. Only members of that household can see them.
If you turn on notifications, your phone’s push token and the app’s language, so notifications reach you in your language.
If you buy Stuf Plus, whether it’s active, how many people it covers and who you share it with. If someone shares theirs with you, that you’re on it. Apple or Google take the payment; we never see your card.
Where it lives
Sign-in goes through Firebase Authentication (Google). Everything else is stored on Cloudflare. Notifications are delivered by Google (Android) and Apple (iPhone).
Ads come from Google AdMob. Where the law asks for it (the EU, the UK and some US states), the app asks for your consent first, and on iPhone it asks before any tracking. Without consent, ads aren’t personalised. AdMob may use your phone’s advertising ID and rough location; Google’s privacy policy explains how.
Stuf Plus purchases go through RevenueCat, which knows your Stuf user ID and what you bought, nothing else.
We don’t sell your data, and nothing in your households (lists, to-dos, notes, the calendar) is ever shared with advertisers. We don’t use analytics tools.
Your choices
Change your name, leave a household or turn off notifications at any time in the app.
Change your ad consent under Profile → Ad privacy choices (shown where consent applies), or get Stuf Plus to stop ads altogether. On iPhone you can also turn tracking off in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
Delete your account in the app under Profile → Account. That removes you from every household and deletes your sessions and push tokens. Households where you were the only member are deleted with everything in them.
